I joined Team Beachbody in 2014 and have become a lifer. Their programs have all the tools you need for success! Fitness, nutrition and support. My favorite programs right now are 21 Day Fix, Hammer and Chisel and the Yoga retreat.  These three programs along with PiYo were instrumental in my ten pound weight loss on the road to finishing my third marathon (LA Marathon in March 2017).  I just started the brand new Liift4 at home weight lifting program. In only 4 days a week and less than an hour a day I am building lean muscle and getting stronger every day!
