Here's what you get in my 2-month virtual weight loss intensive group coaching program:

  1. 4 x 30 minute weekly group calls live with me in August. Each call will include a different topic and a time for Q&A. We'll cover topics from mindset, setbacks, habits and long term strategies for maintaining your new lifestyle.
  2. E-mail support from me in between the calls where I can help you troubleshoot privately any issues that might come up. Limited to 1 per week.
  3. Private online Facebook group where you can connect with the others in the group any time you want. I'll be sharing tips, inspiration, and writing prompts to help you dive deep and make lasting change.
  4. 2 x 30 minute weekly 1:1 private coaching calls with me in September. This is going to set you up for success for the fall!
